Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days but may vary for specific items. You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order, and additional emails when your order is shipped and delivered.

International orders:

JOSHUA MOHAMED ships worldwide. Please be sure to enter your address information correctly. 

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that JOSHUA MOHAMED is not responsible for paying your country's import fees/duties to complete the delivery of your item. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need assistance on locating and claiming your item(s), please contact orders@joshuamohamed.com and we will be sure to provide as much help as possible.

 

Please note, for domestic and international orders:

Stolen/lost items are non-refundable. Again, please be sure to enter your address information correctly. If the address we ship to and the one you provide clearly match, and your tracking number is correct and marked as shipped, we are not responsible for theft or misplacement of any kind. Although we are not responsible, contact us at orders@joshuamohamed.com and we will do our best to help in such a situation.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At JOSHUA MOHAMED we strive to provide you with high-quality products and ensure your utmost satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully, as it outlines the criteria and conditions for requesting returns or exchanges:

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you suspect there is an issue with your order or a size exchange is requested, you must contact us at orders@joshuamohamed.com within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

Shipping labels will be provided for domestic (US) orders only. For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When returning an item, it must be in its original packaging and in "as new" condition; unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet the above conditions or if the defect is determined to be caused by improper use or care.

Additionally, if the exchange item is no longer available, customers will be offered an alternative item of equal value or a store credit. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. JOSHUA MOHAMED is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
