Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days but may vary for specific items. You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order, and additional emails when your order is shipped and delivered.
JOSHUA MOHAMED ships worldwide. Please be sure to enter your address information correctly.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that JOSHUA MOHAMED is not responsible for paying your country's import fees/duties to complete the delivery of your item. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, for domestic and international orders:
Stolen/lost items are non-refundable. Again, please be sure to enter your address information correctly. If the address we ship to and the one you provide clearly match, and your tracking number is correct and marked as shipped, we are not responsible for theft or misplacement of any kind. Although we are not responsible, contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help in such a situation.
The following conditions must be perfectly met to complete a return:
- Returns must be made within 14 days after the delivery of your item(s).
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, untagged and unwashed.
*For shipment, item must be placed back in JOSHUA MOHAMED bag before entered in box/padded envelope. If damaged, please use next appropriate bag for the item.
All items are subject to careful inspection upon return to us. If a refund is requested, it will only be issued after your item(s) passes inspection. Your item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense if it does not meet these conditions. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to show on your bank statement.
To process a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number in the email.
For exchanges, item must initially meet the conditions above. After delivery to us and successful inspection, please allow processing time to complete the exchange. We will communicate with you during each phase.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. All sale items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless damaged.
